Returns & Exchanges

*Returns are allowable for items up until 2 weeks from delivery.*

 

RETURNS

If you have decided you would like to return an item, please contact me before returning the item. I do not accept returns on damaged products (see details to follow). The item must be unused and all original packaging intact in order to be eligible for refund. You will be responsible for paying return shipping fees. Once the item is returned to me, you will be refunded the full amount of the item (shipping costs will not be refunded).

 

EXCHANGES

Similar to refunds, items can be exchanged if they are in their original packaging. Return shipping costs must be covered by you along with the costs of shipping the new items to you.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Items that are damaged during transit will be replaced at no cost to you if I have the product in stock. A full refund will be offered if I do not have the item in stock. If you believe your order was damaged during transit, please send me an email (doizedemos@gmail.com) or use the contact form. Include your order number and a picture of the damaged product. Notify me within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Items are not eligible for refund or replacement if they are damaged due to improper care or worn over time.

 

CANCELING ORDERS

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dropped off at the post office. If you need to cancel your order, contact me immediately.
