Shipping & Handling

All orders ship from the United States. I use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping my products. At this time I offer standard and expedited shipping. However, I do have a processing time of 2-4 days which is not factored into the total shipping estimate displayed at checkout. I try my best to prioritize priority mail orders to reduce my processing time and get those packages out sooner, but there is no guarantee. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

The amount of time it takes me to prepare your order from the time it is placed is approximately 2-4 days. I typically drop off orders 2 times a week, so please be aware that the amount of time it takes to receive your package is slightly longer than the published USPS estimations.

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION

Shipping is not included in the price of my products. However, for domestic orders over $35, free shipping will be applied at checkout. Due to the high costs of international shipping, I unfortunately cannot afford to offer a free shipping promotion to international customers at this time, but I will be reevaluating this in the future.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking is included for all domestic orders. You will receive an email with tracking number when your package is sent. For international orders, tracking is limited. The tracking number you will receive will update while within the United States. After leaving the United states, the tracking will typically not update until the package arrives at it’s destination.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Due to COVID-19, shipping times are longer than usual. Listed below are the shipping times you could expect prior to the pandemic. At this time, expect your order to take longer than usual to arrive.

Domestic orders: Transit time of 3 to 8 days typically with USPS First Class Mail. No guarantee of delivery within this time frame.

International orders: Transit time of 2 to 8 weeks (typically). Depending on the country your order is being delivered to, normal transit time can be up to 4 months.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please be aware of any customs and import taxes/VAT for your country! These are not included with purchase and must be paid by the recipient where applicable. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If an item is returned to me due to inability of recipient to pay any customs and import taxes, a refund for the item will be refunded, but I cannot refund the cost of the initial shipping.

 

RETURNED PACKAGE

Domestic orders: If a package is returned to me within the US, I will contact you as soon as I receive the package. If I do not hear from you within the week, your order will be refunded.

International orders: Due to the high cost of shipping on international orders. I cannot re-ship the package unless shipping is paid a second time.

 

LOST PACKAGE
